A fanny pack alternative made by someone who actually wanted to wear it.
Lora wanted the practical part of a fanny pack without the embarrassing part. She could not find one that felt stylish, comfortable, and easy enough for everyday life, so she started making her own.
It started with one frustration.
Fanny packs were practical, but Lora could not find one that did not feel awkward to wear. She wanted a hands-free bag that looked intentional, not like an afterthought. So she started from scratch.
After finding a shoulder bag with a shape she liked, she completely modified the idea. She sewed on hip straps, experimented with a stretchy adjustable strap, and discovered that the bag could sit higher, lower, snug, or relaxed while still feeling comfortable.
Then she wore the prototype for years.
The first version became the bag Lora kept reaching for. She wore it on walks, to concerts, at Lagoon and Disneyland, while shopping, and anytime she wanted her phone, wallet, and essentials close without carrying a purse on her shoulder.
It was so comfortable she once forgot she had it on and jumped into a lake. That was the moment the idea became more than a prototype: if a bag could be that forgettable in the best way, other people might want it too.
